Terms and Conditons of SHANKARA SPIN TO WIN

1. The SHANKARA SPIN TO WIN Contest is a promotional digital contest wherein participants will have the opportunity to win Shankara Discounts of various denominations [except for Tamil Nadu and Puducherry]. This contest is run by Sri Veda Sattva Pvt. Limited (Shankara Division) (“SHANKARA”).
2. The SHANKARA SPIN TO WIN Contest will commence on 21st SEPT 2022, 12:00 AM and will continue till 25th SEPT 2022, 11:59 PM, or such other date and time as may be decided by SHANKARA at its sole discretion (“Term of the SHANKARA SPIN TO WIN Contest”).
3. The SHANKARA SPIN TO WIN Contest is open to persons above the age of 18 years only, and residing within India (“SHANKARA SPIN TO WIN Contest Participants”).
4. The SHANKARA SPIN TO WIN contest is open only once per user.
5. In order to participate in the SHANKARA SPIN TO WIN Contest, the Contest Participants must, during the Term of the SHANKARA SPIN TO WIN Contest:

(a) Navigate to the SPIN TO WIN at the bottom of the page and click on “spin”

(b) Enter the mail ID and register for promotional email consent

(c) Each slice of the wheel will contain 1 (one) prize, and such slice will fall either in a “Shankara Discount” or “Shankara points” category.

(d) The prize under the Discount may be redeemed under the existing promotional conditions of the Shankara Discounts https://www.shankara.in/pages/spin-to-win-tnc

6. In order to participate in the SHANKARA SPIN TO WIN Contest, the Contest Participants must, during the Term of the SHANKARA SPIN TO WIN Contest:

8. The users can use the Shankara Discount during checkout to avail of a discount based on the amount won.
9. Any unutilized Shankara Discount Codes will be revoked by Shankara after the sale.
10. Shankara reserves the right to cancel the orders placed by Eligible Users if the transaction is found to be of fraudulent nature or due to any system error.
11. The Shankara Discounts are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-encashable.
12. All orders for Specified Products placed pursuant to the Shankara Discounts are subject to availability at the time of purchase.
13. Shankara reserves the right to modify the terms of the Shankara Discounts or discontinue the Shankara Discounts at any time without assigning any reasons, and without any prior intimation to Users.

15. The use of any automated launching or entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits the SHANKARA SPIN TO WIN Contest Participant to automatically enter in the SHANKARA SPIN TO WIN Contest repeatedly is prohibited.
16. The decision of SHANKARA as to the interpretation of any Clause under these Terms and Conditions of the SHANKARA SPIN TO WIN Contest shall be final and binding on the SHANKARA SPIN TO WIN Contest Participant.
