What is the Shankara Happiness Guarantee?

At Shankara we are committed to making every customer 100% happy with their purchase. Our products are 100% natural and result-oriented. But we do understand that skincare is personal and if for some reason the product performance is unsatisfactory, customers can follow the below simple steps for a Refund  

  1. Contact us at care@shankara.in to let us know that you’re unhappy with your purchase from our online store www.shankara.in. Please let us know your order no. and the reason for return in detail so that we can improve your experience in the future.
  2. Send us back the remaining product in its original packaging and components and notify us with the tracking number.
  3. Please note that the cost of return/shipping to our Bangalore Address is the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Once we receive the returned pack, and the contents are approved, we will arrange a full refund in the form of Reward Points of the same amount that the customer has paid for the product, within 15 working days of receiving the item
  5. Happiness Guarantee is valid for 30 days following receipt of goods by the customer.
  6. Happiness Guarantee is applicable only on first time orders.
  7. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping & Returns:

Shankara is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies.

 

What are the Shipping & Handling Charges?

We charge a flat fee of INR 100 for all orders within India. The shipping charges will be notified at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments. The shipping charges and minimum order value may change as and when if there are any offers during a certain period. Our prices are all inclusive.

 

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days. Most orders are delivered within 5 working days. However in case there are few areas which are out of coverage deliverable areas, the delivery time may be longer. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

 

What if the product is received in damaged condition or in missing condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 1800 3000 5556 or email us at care@shankara.in mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

A missing product in the order must be reported to the company within 24 hours of delivery with a reference image attached. In the event that someone complains after this time, we will not be able to help. 

 

May I exchange the product if dissatisfied with the quality?

It is Shankara’s goal to provide a consistently reliable product and an exemplary level of customer service. For this reason, we are happy to exchange the product in case of any problem or quality issue with the same. All you need to do is email us at care@shankara.in within 24 hours of delivery and we will assist you in the process.

  • Shankara is not responsible for any damages caused after delivery.
  • Shankara cannot accept exchange of opened or used products once sold or delivered.
  • The products returned must be in its original packaging, in an undamaged condition and accompanied by the original receipt.
  • Issues due to wrong usage and improper storage will not be covered under this policy.
  • Shipping charges of the returned product will not be included in the refund amount as it is a non- refundable expense.
  • The refund/exchange request will be approved only after examination from the Shankara Quality Control team.
  • Once your request for exchange/ refund is accepted, please allow up to three weeks to process the refund or exchange.
